Welcome! I'm Natalie - founder of YogaRama - and this is my online home. I'm a roving surf and yoga instructor committed to living lightly and sustainably, based in Morzine, France in the winters, and Cornwall, UK during the summers, with some intrepid retreats in between.
YogaRama is about travelling with the seasons and swells; embracing expansion through adventures in nature and following the mantra "tread light, shine bright".

Fascia release for the hips and legs; relaxing and restorative. For all levels, especially the broken
9.30 - 10.45am: YANG
Dynamic vinyasa flow for balance, core stability, strength and flexibility; energising. For all levels, best as a pre slope warm up
2 - 3pm: seasonaire special
Easy on the wallet and designed to be detoxing and rejuvenating. All levels welcome, principally the new and curious
