Welcome!  I'm Natalie - founder of YogaRama - and this is my online home.  I'm a roving surf and yoga instructor committed to living lightly and sustainably, based in Morzine, France in the winters, and Lagos, Portugal during the summers, with some intrepid retreats in between.  

YogaRama is about travelling with the seasons and swells; embracing expansion through adventures in nature and following the mantra "tread light, shine bright".

Exxpedition: Round the World Voyage!

In October 2019 I’ll be sailing from Plymouth to the Azores, researching ocean plastic pollution,

and I’m currently looking to connect with corporate companies and organisations

that want to invest in research in this area.

I'm based at Soul and Surf in Portugal this summer; at their beautiful new retreat space near Lagos.
