Yoga Participation, Health Declaration & Liability Waiver (EU)

By registering for and participating in this class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Activity
   I understand that yoga is a physical activity that may involve stretching, balance, strength work, breathwork, and other forms of movement which carry a risk of injury.

2. Health Declaration
   I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health and able to participate safely. I will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect my participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to participation if I have any concerns.

3. Personal Responsibility
   I agree to listen to my body, to work within my own limits, and to modify or stop any activity if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or distress. I understand that participation is voluntary and at my own risk.

4. No Medical Advice
   I acknowledge that the instructor is not a medical professional and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

5. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release and discharge the instructor and any associated venue from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from ordinary negligence in connection with the class.
   This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory EU or national consumer protection laws.

6. Insurance
   I understand that I am responsible for ensuring I have appropriate personal health and accident insurance coverage if desired.
