In in the studio: 8-9am (6 spaces max)
Mindful yoga 101 -
A workshop on how yoga and mindfulness fit together - especially in a mountain environment - with some practices to get you in the groove.
In the upstairs space: 4-5pm (4 spaces max)
Inversions clinic (15 mins on each inversion, come to one, or all)
A chance for individuals or small groups to work on specific inversions
(headstand, handstand, forearm balance, shoulder stand)
Looking at the 4 principles of: safety, foundations, stability and balance.
There will be plenty of opportunity to sample lots of pilates, yoga and fitness so come on down for some mince pies; it’s a great community gathering!
